1. Refunds: Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. We do not offer refunds for any factory unsealed or used products. This includes the game box as well as any sealed contents inside.

   To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original sealed packaging.

2. Exchanges Only. Exchanges are available exclusively for defective products that render the game unplayable.

3. Defective Products. A product is considered defective if it has significant issues that prevent gameplay.

4. Non-Defective Issues. Defects do not include typographical errors, misspellings, or minor cosmetic flaws.

5. Exchange Process.

   • Provide a detailed description of the defect and proof of purchase.

6. Late or missing refunds. If you have not yet received a refund, first check your account again, then contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 7. Gifts. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, we will issue an exchange with 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
